Hot Clip of the Day: Happy Eliza Doolittle Day and Birthday…

Each day, the Bbox team trolls YouTube for the hot clip—sometimes it's a brand-new moment and sometimes it's a throwback to an oldie but goodie. No matter what praise hands are shot up, pearls are clutched and the repeat button is hit.

"I Could Have Danced All Night" from My Fair Lady (Sierra Boggess)

Ulterior Motives: Happy Birthday to one of our favorite Barbra Streisand fans Sierra Boggess! You've seen her and loved her as Ariel in The Little Mermaid, Rosalie in School of Rock, Christine Daaé in The Phantom of the Opera and more amazing Broadway appearances in It Shoulda Been You, Master Class and It Shoulda Been You. What makes this clip even more special is that her birthday "on the 20th of May" falls on "Eliza Doolittle Day" as stated in "Just You Wait" from My Fair Lady. We found a marvelous rendition of one of Miss Eliza Doolittle's songs by Miss Boggess in celebration of this special day for musical theatre fans.

Ultimate 🙌 🙌 moment: Sierra's soprano soars on this Lerner & Loewe classic. She is an absolute ray of light performing the tune. Our ultimate moment is the moment which shows us her incredible personality at 1:48 where she encourages the audience to sing along with her. Happy birthday fabulous Sierra!
