How to Get Tickets & Ticket Reservations
How do I use the discount codes?
BroadwayBox provides you with the discount codes and refers you to the official
ticket box offices for the actual ticket reservation. The discounts posted on
BroadwayBox.com include exact instructions on how to reserve your discounted
tickets. Generally, tickets can be purchased online (using the link posted inside
the BroadwayBox discount), by phone (using the telephone number mentioned in the
BroadwayBox discount), or by presenting a print-out of the discount at the box
office of the show or attraction. See the individual BroadwayBox discounts for more
specific information and available booking methods.
Can I order tickets by phone?
BroadwayBox provides you with the discount code and refers you to the official
ticket office of the show for the actual reservation, either online or by phone. You
may go to the BroadwayBox.com webpage for the show you would like to reserve, and
inside the discount itself you will see a telephone number mentioned for ticket
reservation. Please call the mentioned number and also please make sure to mention
the discount code during your reservation in order to receive the discounted ticket
I ordered tickets but haven't received a confirmation notice or email.
BroadwayBox provides you with the ticket deal information and refers you to the
official ticket office of the show for the actual reservation. For privacy reasons
we do not have a copy of your transaction. Before you call the ticketing agent,
please check your spam/junk email folder, sometimes the confirmations and e-tickets
How far in advance should I book tickets?
There's no right or wrong answer here. You may purchase the discounted tickets any
time if there is a valid discount for the show you wish to book. You can reserve
these tickets either online or on the phone and request electronic tickets be
emailed to you, or ask for the tickets to be held at the box office for you to pick
up prior to the show.
Discounts aren't available for the show. What now?
Bummer! However, new discounts become available all the time, and we post those new
discount codes on the site and we update our subscribers with the new information.
If you wish to be updated, please sign up, free of charge to receive our email

About the Show
Know Before You Go
Both romantic and scary, The Phantom of the Opera is a thrilling night of theater with grand emotions.
Andrew Lloyd Webber’s score, with its beloved signature song “Music of the Night,” sets the mood,
but you may also find yourself humming the gorgeous period costumes and simple yet grand sets
(even the famous chandelier, which probably falls slower than you’d expect, is a thrill).
