The critically-acclaimed revival of Fiddler on the Roof
in Yiddish won the Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Revival of a Musical (playing anywhere in NYC!), and the New York Drama Critics gave the magnificent and moving production a special award in 2019 because it's just that good. Directed by Tony and Oscar winner Joel Grey, the beloved musical is performed completely in Yiddish with English supertitles projected onto the stage; but honestly, the performances are so incredible that if you're familiar with the show, you won't need to rely on them. Part of what makes this revival so special are the central performances by Steven Skybell as Tevye and Jennifer Babiak as his wife, Golde. The pair recently dropped by the BroadwayBox studio to perform their emotional rendition of Tevye and Golde's Act II duet, ""Libst Mikh, Sertse" ("Do You Love Me"). Check out the video above, and don't dare miss the opportunity to see this production live at off-Broadway's Stage 42.Steven Skybell and Jennifer Babiak Perform Their Moving "Do You Love Me" ("Libst Mikh, Sertse") From the Award-Winning Revival of Fiddler on the Roof in Yiddish
