Claybourne Elder (who has appeared on Broadway in Sunday in the Park with George, Bonnie & Clyde, and Torch Song) stars as Benny in Paper Mill Playhouse's East Coast premiere of Benny and Joon, alongside Hannah Elless as Joon and Bryce Pinkham as Sam. Based on the 1993 MGM film of the same name, Benny and Joon runs at Paper Mill through May 5.
