Each day, the Bbox team trolls YouTube for the hot clip—sometimes it's a brand-new moment and sometimes it's a throwback to an oldie but goodie. No matter what praise hands are shot up, pearls are clutched and the repeat button is hit.

"And I Am Telling You (I'm Not Going)" from Dreamgirls (Jennifer Holliday)

Ulterior Motives: Mark your calendars! Jennifer Holliday is celebrating her glorious 60th Birthday and so kindly giving US the gift of holding a concert on her birthday to celebrate on Monday, October 19. Most recently, Holliday appeared as Shug Avery in the Broadway revival of The Color Purple but is most famous as being the indelible, original Effie White in the legendary Broadway musical Dreamgirls. For more information on how to witness what will bound to be a fabulous concert, visit this page.

Ultimate 🙌 🙌 moment: With this performance, Jennifer paid tribute to the late Michael Bennett, Dreamgirls' director and co-choreographer who lost his battle to AIDS in 1987. Though her Tonys performance is completely unforgettable, this performance is so passionate and heartfelt. Her voice is outstanding throughout but our ultimate moment has to be from 4:00 - 4:10. The ultimate professional, though the orchestra did not come in immediately, Jennifer did not miss a beat and proceeded on until the orchestra was back on track. That's a Tony winner right there!
