John Lloyd Young won a 2006 Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle, and Theatre World Award for his debut performance as Broadway’s OG Frankie Valli in the Tony-winning musical Jersey Boys, a role he reprised on the West End and in the 2014 film adaptation. He went on to release an album, sit on the President's Committee on the Arts and Humanities under President Obama, and perform concerts across the country. Now, the Grammy Award winner is back at Feinstein’s/54 Below through September 29 with a brand new show, John Lloyd Young’s Broadway, a celebration of musical theatre featuring his take on songs from The Wiz, Hair, Dreamgirls, Jesus Christ Superstar, and more. In the exclusive clip above, JLY performs the classic “The Impossible Dream” from Man of La Mancha.
