John Lloyd Young won a 2006 Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle, and Theatre World Award for his debut performance as Broadway’s OG Frankie Valli in the Tony-winning musical Jersey Boys, a role he reprised on the West End and in the 2014 film adaptation. He went on to release an album, sit on the President's Committee on the Arts and Humanities under President Obama, and perform concerts across the country.
