There’s a celebration throughout B’way that’s all to do with Wicked. (Obviously, that should be sang to scan to “The Wizard and I”...) The story of Glinda and Elphaba and their rocky sisterhood is now the eighth longest running show on Broadway, surpassing the spandex ABBA lovefest Mamma Mia! for the spot. To celebrate, here are 14 former Broadway Elphabas (one for each year the musical has played the Gershwin) singing the house down with her big I want song, “The Wizard and I”.
