Snazzy Peabody identifies as The Doyenne of New York City real estate. From her humble beginnings of a railroad apartment in the outer boroughs, she knew there was a pre-war three bed, three bath, with a working fireplace and private outdoor space waiting across the bridge. Snazzy found a life beyond her wildest dreams in love, real estate and Bergdorf's. Celebrated for her style she found in 1987 Snazzy is not a big fan of change. She learned how to negotiate from the créme de la créme in the business, but finds herself struggling to adapt... the acronyms for the new neighborhoods, locating the cloud, keeping up with market trends and daily updates on new laws... no one loves excess like Snazzy, but it's a lot! Snazzy's sanctuary is Mt Olympus Diner where she finds comfort in a toasted corn muffin and soft butter. On this day we fid Snazzy ready to close the big one- not just a listing, this is her legacy. She takes everyone in the diner along on her mission to get the commission!
