Tickets at Music Box Theatre

The Music Box was opened in 1921 by producer Sam H. Harris and composer Irving Berlin to showcase a series of Berlin’s “Music Box Revues.” Heralded on more than one occasion as the “best looking house on Broadway,” this 87-year-old venue has only been home to legitimate theater—unlike many of its neighbors.

To this day, The Music Box is co-owned by Irving Berlin’s estate along with the Shubert Organization.

Story for Private Lives

Noel Coward's dazzling comic masterpiece, Private Lives, provides a riotous showdown between two of the stage and screen's most magnetic personalities - Kim Cattrall (Golden Globe and Emmy Award winner for Sex and the City) and Paul Gross (Tales of the City, Slings and Arrows, Due South.)

Glamorous, rich and reckless, Amanda (Cattrall) and Elyot (Gross) have been divorced from each other for five years. Now both are honeymooning with their new spouses in Deauville on the French Coast. When, by chance, they meet again across adjoining hotel balconies, their insatiable feelings for each other are immediately rekindled. They hurl themselves headlong into love and lust without a care for scandal, new partners or memories of what drove them apart in the first place…for a little while, anyway.

Cast Members: Kim Cattrall, Paul Gross, Simon Paisley Day, Anna Madeley, Caroline Olsson
