Summary

Mike Birbiglia declares that a joke should never end with ‘I’m joking.’ In his all-new comedy, Birbiglia tiptoes hilariously through the minefield that is modern-day joke-telling. Mike Birbiglia is a comedian, writer, actor, and filmmaker. In 2008 Birbiglia burst onto the New York theater scene with the Nathan Lane-presented one man show “Sleepwalk with Me” which led to his New York Times best-selling book and Sundance-award winning film of the same name. His second off-Broadway show, My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend, won the Lucille Lortel Award for “Outstanding Solo Show.” The concert film of My Girlfriend's Boyfriend was a Netflix Original and was named the number one comedy special of 2013 by Vulture, Paste, and Laughspin.
