Tickets at Hayes Theater
The Hayes Theater was built by producer Winthrop Ames in 1912 as The Little. It was built as a rebellion of sorts against commercial theater—as the auditorium only held 299 seats. In the 1950s it was used to record radio and TV, including The Merv Griffin Show.
In 1983, it was renamed after beloved American actress Helen Hayes, following the destruction of a theatre by the same name in the previous year. When it’s not being used for legitimate theater, CBS still uses the venue for radio recordings.

Story for Marjorie Prime
Academy Award® nominee June Squibb, two-time Tony Award® winner Cynthia Nixon, Tony Award® winner Danny Burstein, and recent 2ST alum Christopher Lowell join the cast of Marjorie Prime, coming to Broadway this November.
Pulitzer Prize finalist Jordan Harrison reinvents the family drama in his richly spare, wryly funny, and powerful Marjorie Prime, directed by Tony Award® nominee Anne Kauffman. A heart-achingly beautiful rumination on aging and artificial intelligence, memory and mortality, love and legacy, Marjorie Prime examines the blurred line between a life lived and a life remembered.
Critics’ Reviews for Marjorie Prime
"EXQUISITE & THOUGHTFUL. This production keeps developing in your head, like a photographic negative, long after you’ve seen it."
"CRITIC’S PICK... An elegant study of memory as both escape and prison."
"See Marjorie Prime NOW."
