Do I have to sign up to see discounts?No, all BroadwayBox discounts are posted on the BroadwayBox website, and are free of charge. But by signing up for our discount alerts, you will be the first to hear about exciting new discounts, and the discount codes will be sent directly to your email.
I forgot my password.BroadwayBox does not require any password and all free discounts are posted on our site, and can be viewed free of charge without subscription.

How do I use the discount codes?BroadwayBox provides you with the discount codes and refers you to the official ticket box offices for the actual ticket reservation. The discounts posted on BroadwayBox.com include exact instructions on how to reserve your discounted tickets. Generally, tickets can be purchased online (using the link posted inside the BroadwayBox discount), by phone (using the telephone number mentioned in the BroadwayBox discount), or by presenting a print-out of the discount at the box office of the show or attraction. See the individual BroadwayBox discounts for more specific information and available booking methods.
Can I order tickets by phone?BroadwayBox provides you with the discount code and refers you to the official ticket office of the show for the actual reservation, either online or by phone. You may go to the BroadwayBox.com webpage for the show you would like to reserve, and inside the discount itself you will see a telephone number mentioned for ticket reservation. Please call the mentioned number and also please make sure to mention the discount code during your reservation in order to receive the discounted ticket price.
I ordered tickets but haven't received a confirmation notice or email.BroadwayBox provides you with the ticket deal information and refers you to the official ticket office of the show for the actual reservation. For privacy reasons we do not have a copy of your transaction. Before you call the ticketing agent, please check your spam/junk email folder, sometimes the confirmations and e-tickets land there.
How far in advance should I book tickets?There's no right or wrong answer here. You may purchase the discounted tickets any time if there is a valid discount for the show you wish to book. You can reserve these tickets either online or on the phone and request electronic tickets be emailed to you, or ask for the tickets to be held at the box office for you to pick up prior to the show.
Discounts aren't available for the show. What now?Bummer! However, new discounts become available all the time, and we post those new discount codes on the site and we update our subscribers with the new information.
