Disney's new Broadway Musical. The play is about a magical kingdom beneath the sea, where a beautiful young mermaid named Ariel longs to leave her ocean home to live in the world above. Inspired by the Oscar winning film and the classic Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale, this brand-new musical's creative team includes Tony and Pulitzer Prize winning writer Doug Wright (Grey Gardens, I Am My Own Wife) and Oscar and GRAMMY-winning composer Alan Menken (Little Shop of Horrors, Beauty and the Beast).
