Les Miserables, also known as Les Miz, is the epic musical story of the fugitive Jean Valjean, who is pitted against the cruel and self-righteous Inspector Javert, in a lifelong struggle to evade capture. This stunning adaptation of Victor Hugo's novel has thrilled over 53 million people worldwide, winning over 50 theatre awards, including eight 1987 Tony Awards. To celebrate Les Misérables becoming the longest-running musical in the world in October of this year, Boublil and Schönberg’s legendary musical will return to Broadway for a special limited six-month engagement this coming fall!
