In this new play, A View From 151st Street by Bob Glaudini, directed by Peter DuBois - the team that created last season's LAByrinth smash hit Jack Goes Boating - cops, rappers, dealers, teachers, hustlers, husbands and wives dwell in the rhythms of rap, raw humor, aphasic staccato and live jazz.
With an eight-member ensemble cast you'll recognize from such television programs as Oz and The Wire, such films as Miami Vice and United 93, and previous LAByrinth hits The Last Days of Judas Iscariot and Our Lady of 121st Street, this unique exploration of language and life in New York City also features a live jazz trio on stage.
