Tony Award-winning theatre legend Donna McKechnie is back onstage this summer as Joanne in the new musical Half Time

. Running at Paper Mill Playhouse May 31-July 1, Half Time tells the incredible true story of determined 10 seniors who learn and dance hip hop at half times for a professional basketball team. Naturally, it's the perfect vehicle for Donna McKechnie, a dance icon of the Broadway stage. As the Tony Awards near and Half Time begins performances, BroadwayBox caught up with Donna to show her two of her most epic Tony Awards performances ("Turkey Lurkey Time" from Promises, Promises and "God I Hope I Get It" from A Chorus Line) and receive her never-before-heard stories about each.
