This Wednesday (tomorrow!), Thursday and Friday June 10, 11 and 12, 2020, the Broadway Advocacy Coalition will be holding a three part forum for the Broadway community - Broadway for Black Lives Matter Again.

The Broadway Advocacy Coalition was founded by Jackie Bell, Cameron J Ross and some of our most talented Broadway stars Amber Iman, Britton Smith, Adrienne Warren, Christian Dante White. According to the site's mission statement, "Building the capacity of advocates, students, artists, organizations and communities to use the arts as an integral part of their social change work. We believe that placing Artistry at the center of solving today’s most pressing issues will create a new type of dialogue and impact."

The forum's website breaks down what will be covered in each of the three days. Tomorrow's forum, Day 1: A Day of Healing, is intended specifically for black industry members and Days 2 (A Day of Learning) & 3 (A Day of Accountability) are suggested to be experienced together. Feel free to click on those links to register!

The forums are intended for members of the theater industry including recent theater grads, ushers and interns from New York and beyond based on their site. Now, more then ever, is a time for listening and learning.
