Delve into the lyrical world of William Shakespeare in the World premiere of Gotham Chamber Opera’s The Tempest Songbook, a co-production with the Martha Graham Dance Company featuring music by Henry Purcell and Kaija Saariaho. The Tempest Songbook reimages Shakespeare’s The Tempest through dance, movement and song. Performances run March 27 through March 29 at The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
