My friends and I went to see the show in DC and absolutely loved it! Loved the cast and music. Haven't laughed that much in a long time! Great way to spend a girls night out!

Girls Night: The Musical was our Girls night out.

We celebrated our girlfriend Barbara's birthday at Girls Night: The Musical. It was the perfect choice for our celebration. I spoke to one of the stagehands and gave him her name and they adlibbed her birthday into the show. It was great when everyone sang happy birthday to her. Did not expect the show to be performed in a Temple, but that added to the charm of a small theatre, with some history. They all were so talented. The music, and dancing to, It's raining men, Girls just want to have fun and I will survive, plus others, were songs my friends and I danced to in the disco's. They encouraged participation and dancing and when "It's raining men" was sung I was up and dancing in the isles, with my girlfriends. A lot of other women joined in. Although the story has some sad moments, just like real life, it's a feel good musical and we left singing those familiar songs that we danced to years ago. Everyone of the actress' could really belt out those high notes, (to our surprise). Only one man in the house and he went along with all the attention he got from the gals. Definitely a great Girls Night Out, if you're planning a shower, birthday, or just want to hang with your friends. I loved them all, not only in their roles but also at the end of the performance when they allowed us to take pictures of them. Pass the word if you "just want to have fun", I know I will.
