Tickets at Studio 54

Studio 54 was built in 1927 as The Gallo and was intended to house opera productions. It was the first of multiple names given to the theater, some of which include the legitimate theater The New Yorker and a dinner theater Casino de Paree. The venue is probably best known for its incarnation as a world-famous disco in the 1970s.

In 1998, The Roundabout Theatre Company returned Studio 54 back to a legitimate theater with the multiple Tony Award-winning show Cabaret.

Story for An Act of God

This spring, The King of the Universe takes on His greatest challenge: Broadway. In An Act of God, the Almighty (Parsons) and His devoted angels answer some of the deepest questions that have plagued mankind since creation. He’s finally arrived to set the record straight... and He’s not holding back!

Two-time Tony Award winner Joe Mantello will direct the play, which is based on the critically acclaimed book written by God and transcribed by David Javerbaum. Javerbaum is a 13-time Emmy Award winner for his work as a head writer and executive producer for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and also curator of the Twitter account @TheTweetOfGod, which has over 1.75 million followers.
