TRANSATLANTIC LIAISON is a powerful new play about French existentialist writer Simone de Beavoir and the most passionate love affair of her life - surprisingly not with her long-term companion Jean-Paul Sartre, however, but with the American underground writer Nelson Algren, who lived thousands of miles away in the slums of Chicago. Written by Fabrice Rozie and directed by John McLean, featuring Elizabeth Rothan and Matthew S. Tompkins as the star-crossed lovers.
