I really liked it. Review by: joan, Feb 25, 2013 |
Au contraire! I enjoyed it. I thought it moved, was cohesive, entertaining, and a good show all around. Of course the acting was fabulous... it was a great cast. I see plenty and this was one of the better things I've seen in a while. Bring an open mind!

Worst MTC show we've ever seen Review by: LynnNYC, Feb 24, 2013 |
| The writing and plot were dismal. We are big fans of MTC and this is the worst play we've ever seen there. The acting is excellent, but the actors had nothing to work with. Unbelievable, disjointed and amateurish writing. Lackluster applause. |

Oh, no Review by: Legs, Feb 23, 2013 |
| Speechless. The entire audience seemed to leave the theater speechless. Staying for Act II was only motivated by the hope that anything these fine actors would do must have some value. But even Edie Falco and Frances Stenhagen could not help all of the empty words and disconnected scenes. (Ms. Falco actually looked uncomfortable at times, as if she regretted her lines.) The play seemed to be striving for great profundity and succeeded ... read more only in being very depressing. |
