The Homecoming Tickets

Undoubtedly Pinter's most sexually provocative work, The Homecoming is an edgy and compelling tale of lust, betrayal and seduction, telling the story of a dysfunctional family that welcomes the homecoming of its estranged brother and competes for the attention of his dangerously alluring wife. As guided by the Tony Award-winning director of Proof Daniel Sullivan, this major Broadway revival features a stellar cast: Tony nominees Eve Best (A Moon for the Misbegotten) and Raúl Esparza (Taboo, Company) join Ian McShane (TV's Deadwood) and Broadway vets Michael McKean (Hairspray, The Pajama Game), Gareth Saxe (Heartbreak House) as well as rising TV and film actor James Frain (The Tudors), who is making his debut on the Great White Way. The Broadway premiere of The Homecoming won the 1967 Tony Award for Best Play.

Story for The Homecoming

This 40th Anniversary revival of Harold Pinter’s Tony Award-winning masterpiece features an all star cast including Golden Globe Award-winner Ian McShane (“Deadwood”), two-time Tony Award-nominee Raúl Esparza (Company, Taboo) and Michael McKean (Hairspray, The Pajama Game). Undoubtedly Pinter’s most sexually provocative work, The Homecoming is an edgy and compelling tale of lust, betrayal and seduction, telling the story of a dysfunctional family that welcomes the homecoming of its estranged brother and competes for the attention of his dangerously alluring wife. Tony Award-winner Daniel Sullivan (Rabbit Hole, Proof) directs.

Set in an old home in North London, the drama follows the return of the eldest son and his wife from America to his two brothers, his father and uncle. The introduction of a woman into this testosterone heavy abode causes a stirring and shocking turn of events.
