April 10, 1935 - a secretary at 56 St.Marks Place was visited by a long forgotten lover who had died on the Titanic...25 YEARS EARLIER! On January 8, 1914, a gangland shootout occurred at the Arlington dance hall on 8th Street...its sole victim STILL HAUNTS 94 St.Marks Place! In 1921, Howard Lovelorn inherited 22 St. Marks Pl...along with a SCREAMING skull!
