Cromer will helm Rudin's Spring 2012 revival of Tennessee Willimas's "Sweet Bird of Youth" ( 1959 ) toplined by Nicole Kidman and James Franco. Sweet Bird Youth tells the sotry of a gigolo and a drifter named Chance Wayne who returns to his home town with a faded movie star, hoping to reunite with Heavenly Finley, his childhood seetheart.
