Smokefall marks the MCC Theater debut for playwright Noah Haidle (Mr. Marmalade) and the return of director Anne Kauffman (The Nether). The cast features Jon DeVries (That Hopey Changey Thing, Wayside Motor Inn), Julia Garner (Grandma, "The Americans"), Brian Hutchison (Man and Boy, The Invention of Love), Zachary Quinto (Star Trek, The Glass Menagerie, Angels in America), Robin Tunney ("The Mentalist," "Prison Break").
