I Am a Tree, an Unstable New Comedy, witten & performed by Dulcy Rogers, directed by Allan Miller. Thirty-something Claire has always wanted to know more about her past. After stumbling upon a mysterious letter, she discovers three aunts that she never knew existed. Desperate to find out more about the mother she barely knew, Claire embarks on an odyssey to find these relatives, hoping they will give her the answers she needs. Her three aunts, each wildly eccentric in her own way, have three very different perspectives on what Claire's mother was like, what actually happened to her and why. A bittersweet and hilarious new play, called "lushly offbeat and ferociously intelligent" by the LA Times.
