I saw this show in the previous theatre, I guess it is now going on tour. If you haven't seen it, you really have to go. This show about a Jewish family in a small Russian village, and the changes and transformations going on in their society and country, is so powerful. Not only do they cope with the modernization of their inner culture, for example marrying someone you love is considered very controversial, but also the surrounding ... read more politics are affecting their lives. Som eof the songs are very famous, like "Sunrise, Sunset" and "Tradition" and " Matchmaker, Match,maker" but some others are unknown but terribly moving, like Anatevka,a song of lament and the closing number, when they leave. I really liked the actors, Tevya and his wife were very believable, I hope they have not changed yet, but I think the power of the show is stronger than any one actor;
