I was shocked. I knew nothing about this play, I went based solely on the poster. I was expecting a drag extraordinaire kinda show. Y'know... Cotton candy for the brain and eyes. I should've known better...
I was shocked to find "real-ness" in the show! I cared for the characters! I laughed (and yes, there were a few moments that touched the child within where I actually "welled up").
A shock and a treat. I met another patron who ... read more had seen it the night before but because there was so much to experience he had to return the following night to experience it all!
THIS is theatre people! Run and tell THAT! |
