| An intelligent and haunting play that challenges theater-goers to make sense of terrifying current events, family strife and weird/magical occurrences--much like the show's teenage protagonist is trying to do. The cast is strong all around and the directing is crisp. The humor was surprising and welcome in the midst of the pain and stress that dominate many of the scenes. I was on the edge of my seat! |
