To See it or not to see it: DON'T Review by: Disappointed, Oct 3, 2008 |
| My unhappiness at sitting through this show was matched only by my pity for the actors who had to present it. Both movie versions are superb so it must have taken alot of work to make this so bad. Even when there are excellent opportunities for humer, such as when an actor impersonating a Nazi professor is left alone in Gestapo headquarters with the corpose of the dead professor, the actor can't even ... read more elicit the deadpan looks and expressions that both Jack Benny and Mel brooks used so well. |
