Excelent acting, directing, and staging. The play brings to life a very important theme in a very non-judgemental way. A must see for every thinking person. |

Absolutely wonderful!!! Review by: Michelle, Apr 23, 2008 |
| I can't begin to explain how much I enjoyed this show. I wasn't really certain what to expect, but I was completely thrilled. I remembered things from history that I had forgotten and I'm glad I was reminded. Everyone under the age of 35 NEEDS to see this production. Absolutely Wonderful!!! |

A history lesson acted out before our eyes Review by: Jeff B, Apr 15, 2008 |
| This play should be required watching for all 6th grade students ion New York. It is a superbly written and acted story about the development of racial equality in this country. Lawrence Fishbourne does a brilliant job of telling the story of Thurgood Marshaal, bringing his anger, humor and humanity into the hearts and minds of the auduience. It depicts the evolution of Marshall as well as the development of equality in the eyes of the law. The ... read more focus is really prior to Marshall become the first Afro-American Supreme Court Judge but on his early days growing up, and his carrer as a lawyer. The show brings to life a pece of history that young people today need to understand and appreciate. |
