A SNORE Review by: Bart, Feb 22, 2007 |
| Sorry Charlie but after being fallow so many years Travanti could of picked a far better vehicle than this pedestrain nonsense which goes absolutely no where. The director and the playwright should have been on the same page because how they raised the loot for this is mystifying. |

A DREADFUL BORE Review by: Stark, Feb 4, 2007 |
| I thought perhaps having a name actor in this show would make it appealing - boy was I mistaken. I had no problem with the acting but this play consisted entirely of Travanti's one long speech after another that was interminable and enough to put an audience to sleep. There was no action in this play at all. It winds up being a debate between two characters. It's a shame it wasn't workshopped before they took the plunge. |

Time Well Spent Review by: , Feb 4, 2007 |
I saw this play with no great expectations and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the acting put forward by the two characters. The play's central theme was well executed and the actors chemistry complemented each other well relative to their respective roles, one all consuming / revealing, and the other guarded and reserved but opinions uncompromised. The characters draw you in, and the small intimate theatre setting served ... read more everyone well.
Don't miss the opportunity to share many emotions, or even to simply crack up over the office technology! "The Last Word" will be time well spent. |

Review by: , Feb 3, 2007 |
This play is very good, thought provoking and intelligent. Daniel J Travanti was excellent, as was his castmate.
I really enjoy seeing this type of show in a small space, you really get the feel of it, much different experience than a large, impersonal theatre.

Wonderful New Play-Excellent Acting! Review by: Theatre_Lover, Feb 1, 2007 |
| Saw this show on a whim...wanted to see a straight play and the price was right. Was I in for a treat! The show just started previews, I think I saw the 2nd performance...Daniel J. Travante is unbelievable! And the newcomer, Adam Green, wonderful as well. I would definitely check this show out if you want to see some great performances and Drama! It's Funny Too!! Don't miss it! |
