| Summer and Smoke is a bittersweet romance. The 2 main actors are terrific. You end of caring greatly about both of them. The pacing of this show is deliberately slow , evoking the Southern setting of the play. The writing by Tennessee Williams is evocative of Oscar Wilde, very literate.
