| What an amazing play- so well written, and a brilliant performance by Nilaja Sun. Her transitions between the dozen or so characters she created were flawless. Despite not a single costume change, or prop other that a chair or a broom, each character was distinctive in physicality, facial expressions, speech patterns- she embodies each one perfectly. Yes, I'm a teacher and connected immediately, but you didn't need to be one to appreciate what Ms. Sun has accomplished. Brava, Nilaja Sun. This is a must see for New Yorkers, Parents, Children, essentially anyone who has had contact with a public city high school in the last ten years.
The acting is incredible, must be seen to be believed.
The production is minimal, but sufficient.
This is a polished piece that will leave you smiling.
Also, if you are one who likes to discuss your theatre outings, this will provide plenty of fodder. |

| This is litterally the best play I've seen in a decade. Anna Deavere Smith, you've met your match. Nilaja Sun's characters are distinct, vulnerable, funny, and fully developed. I was blown away. |

| This show was amazing! I never thought I would be so captivated by a one-woman-show. Ms. Sun reminded me so much of when I first started out as a teacher. There are some people who have the natural ability to touch children's lives. This show is a must see for anyone who has a passion for kids, particularly teenagers. It can make you laugh and make you cry.
