| What a great acting job by Ari Brand in this play. The monologues to the audience are so real and believable, passoinate and well spoken. But he is not alone in his acting skills. Mark Nelson and Ilana Levine make their characters, all of them, come alive! The play follows the early life,as a child, of Asher and grows into his adulthood, and the decision he makes to move into the Art World and away from the Hasidic lifestyle. A very moving ... read more play with no intermission. Off Broadway where you can see well from any seat, a mostly unit set of his family's apt. Nothing technically spectacular, except for the excellent acting performances! All theatre lovers should see this play, and watch three actors take you to another world for ninety minutes of drama. |

| One of the best plays I have seen in a long time. My family and I completely enjoyed the performances. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves great theater.
