A must-see show before it closes in January!
I saw it the 21st and I left amazed. Don't expect much especially a really good heart-warming story... it's very different from other shows. You don't need to see the movie before the musical to understand it (I didn't). To my surprise Clay was great, but The Lady of the Lake (Merle Dandrige and Not Dead Fred/Prince Herbert (Tom Deckman) stole the show. It looks like the actors are having fun ... read more on the stage.
I suggest it to everyone who just wants to spend a fun night at the theatre. Teenagers and young adults will love this goofy show... maybe not the show to bring grandma to.

| I was never a huge fan of Monty Python's theater of the absurd but really enjoyed myself watching this show. It is silly, funny and very well performed. Drew Lachey was the hit of the evening with his energetic, charismatic performance. His enthusiasm never wavered, and he completely charmed the audience. The entire production was enjoyable. |

| I went with my girlfriend and we both absolutely loved this show! We were laughing from start to finish. I thought that since I watched the Holy Grail movie that I would know everything already, however, I was very pleasantly surprised throughout the show! The show kept me guessing and I had a great time! |

| I have been to many Broadway shows and although this wasn't my favorite it was a show that made me laugh and leave the theatre happy. Drew Lachey is adorable and of course we know he can dance. If you can get discount tickets and like Monty Python's humor than go see it. It's a fun and enjoyable show. The lead women has an excellent voice and I only wished she had a bigger singing part. |

If you like python humor this show is great. I would highly suggest you see it. It is a little vulgar or racey but I thought it was extremely funny. It is not based on a storyline
where people react authentically to the time period they are acting in and the fact that it was not traditional made it great. |

| I went to see this show back in April 2008 with a school group and I was completely shocked that we were able to see this show. While there were some funny moments, most of the show was very vulgar and offensive to many. I don't know how this show won Best Musical. I would not recommend this show to anyone who does not like the Monty Python movies and humor. However, if like this kind of humor, you will have a ball. |

| We love Monty Python and certainly enjoyed the play. We were uncertain how a musical of the movie would be....surprisingly good and enjoyable! While the talent was excellent and we laughed a lot the music is unfortunately forgettable. Neither my husband nor I can remember a tune from the show we only saw hours ago. If you want to see great acting, have some laughs, and see fun costumes and fun sets go see. |

| We just came back from the City from seeing Spamalot and was hilarious. I didn't know what to expect since I have not seen a Monty Python movie but my husband and I laughed non stop. Clay was really a great actor and he was funny also. From the moment I sat down time flew and that is when you know it is a great play. Don't hesitate to go and enjoy! |

| I bought tickets for this show because I wanted to see Clay Aiken,but he did not show up for the performance I went to. If you are not a big Python fan,it is just not funny. The acting was great though. If I had to do it all over again,I would have gotten my money back. |

| i did not like this show one bit...i dont know if it was cuz i didnt get it or what but it really was a HUGE disappointment in my mind...it wasnt funny, the music was pretty bad, and i wasnt crazy for the acting. maybe im just being stupid (which is very possible) but i think this might be the worst show on broadway! |

| I confess I was a huge Monty Python fan when I saw the show, so it's no surprise I thought it was one of the funniest Broadway shows I've ever seen. The friend I went with, however, knew nothing of Python beyond the name, and she loved it as well. She laughed out loud many times, finding both the play itself and the extremely talented cast hilarious (there is not a bad actor in the entire cast, including singer Clay Aiken, who was much funnier ... read more than I expected him to be). I am by no stretch of the word a big Monty Python fan but I absolutely loved this show. What a fantastic and talented cast! It had singing, dancing and was so funny. The songs are forever stuck in my head.
