We all have to live and laugh at ourselves.... Review by: Stefanie, Apr 28, 2006 |
I thought this show was hilarious! Went with 2 other couples, all from different parts of the east coast and we all agreed....there is so much to relate to/laugh at..... All in good humor....if you are/married to or even from the NY/"the tribe", you will thoroughly enjoy laughing at your own idiocsyncrasies.....families are families and we all have to live with and laugh at ourselves, and why we are the way we are! The skits are great,... read more, the actor(ess)s wonderful/and the improv off the charts funny! |

Every Jewish person should boycott this show. Review by: , Apr 24, 2006 |
| I think this show is demeaning and portrays Jewish people in a most negative light. I found nothing funny about it. |

Funny show Review by: David, Apr 20, 2006 |
| The show was very funny. It helps to be Jewish to understand all of the humor. I took my children to see it (ages 24 and 16) and they could not stop laughing. In many ways, the story hit close to home. I think most of us can relate to many of the skits. |

YUCK Review by: SMA7, Apr 14, 2006 |
| This "show" should have been left as a 10 minute skit (and in LA). It was old in the first 5 minutes, painful after 10 and 15 minutes in, I would have left if I wasn't in the middle of a row. The "acting" was more like hamming (at best). SKIP IT. |

few funny lines and scenes. the shtick about black men was inappropriate . for jews to make fun at themselves is one thing, but this was unnecessary and didn't make the show any funnier. ...especially to the two black women sitting in front of us. i did not like the part of the daugher at all....too overdone.
