Hair needs to be experienced by all@ Review by: BobsViews, Apr 14, 2009 |
Hair is the only show that felt like an experience. The cast(known as the Tribe) are excellent, the production is fantastic and the songs sound better then ever. The shows themes (Sex, War, Drugs among them) are as relevant today as they were forty years ago. The best part of the show is the sense of community that the Tribe forms with the audience. I encourage those that reads this to order their tickets ASAP. Furthermore, I encourage them ... read more to take part in the show and the finale. I guarantee that you won't regret being a part of Hair expierience.

HAIR Revival - March 2009 - Just Saw Preview - OUTSTANDING !! Review by: aaclaxt, Mar 11, 2009 |
| Best show I've seen in a decade! This show is more relevant now than it was in the 1960s. The show is great, but the music makes the show. The band is featured ON STAGE - very rare for Broadway! Hot Music Hot Band, Hot Show - go see it! (not for young kids - but they do a nice job with low lights for the brief nudity onstage). |

Fantastic! Review by: dylan, Jul 24, 2008 |
| Saw this tonight in Central Park. It absolutely blew me away - still a powerful, pertinent experience. And that music! I'd forgotten how many showstoppers are in the score. This revival is cleverly staged and performed beautifully, vibrate voices, amazing orchestra. Finished with half the audience out on the grass, dancing and singing "Let the Sunshine In" joyously with the entire cast. After seeing it in this organic way, in the open air, any ... read more other format will seem claustrophobic by comparison. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. DO NOT MISS THIS! |
