I went to see this show because I'm seeing "Young Frankenstein" in 2 weeks and thought it would be fun to see this one too (even though I knew it wouldn't be a comedy) Another reason was Hunter Foster. I've seen him several times and love his voice.
Needless to say, my husband & I really enjoyed the show.
The cast sang beautifully & we loved the music. I will probably buy a CD if they come out with one. |

i had just studied the book in a book group. was amazed at how this was interpreted for the theater. they even improved the ending and it made more sense and emotional.
the sets were wonderfully creative and appropriate. the voices and music were great. it was a treat for the eyes, ears and mind. |

The voices in this show were pretty amazing.The stars Hunter Foster and Steven Blanchard did a beautiful job acting and singing.Frankenstein is an off broadway show you should not miss.

| This was great, the music was fabulous and I was very impressed with Hunter Foster's singing voice. He had a strong good voice and all the characters had good voices which impressed me. I highly recommend this play, the only thing to me that lacked was that Frankenstein did not dress like a real scary monster, I think the characters should of been dressed more dramatically and that the background should of been decorated more dramatically. ... read more Otherwise the characters were great and I think it should go to Broadway if they improve on the costumes and background. |
