We stayed at this hotel for a week, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially the staff members who helped us with good events and places to go, they recommended a great restaurant that has live jazz music.
however.. our room was facing lexington avenue on the 8th floor, the firestation and police station were only a few yards a way, we heard fire engines and sirons constantly, sometimes at 3:30 am.. also noticed that there ... read more was mold in our bathroom on the ceiling and wall, the tiles were falling away from the shower wall, we did report this and some money was deducted from our bill.
We were a little disappointed with the appearance of the bedroom, a bit shabby, not what we expected a hilton hotel room to be like. |
