| Saw Distracted last night - Great show - Cynthia Nixon and cast awesome - very contemporary way of dealing with a very touchy subject - who can best make decisions for their own children. Sets and whole timing of show moved well. Would definitely recommend. |

Wonderful Distraction Review by: Doodling Girl, Apr 16, 2009 |
Loved every minute of this play. The actors were wonderful but the play itself and it's message were the stars of the show with a perfect ending. Very relevant and every family with an ADD or ADHD child will be touched by the play. The day I went to see the show, there was a special bonus. The actors participated in an audience question and answer session after the show to discuss the material. |

Disappointed. Review by: , Mar 30, 2009 |
| Neither great nor terrible. I liked Cynthia Nixon but didn't find the writing to be as riveting as everyone claims it to be. While it raises the right questions about the subject matter and represents the topic justly, I just didn't find it that compelling. |

It is a definite must-see. Review by: jolene, Mar 2, 2009 |
| One of the best shows I have seen in a very long time. Great acting, great staging....great writing....and your emotions will range from out-loud laughter to poignant tears. Amazing how a serious up-to-date topic can be transformed into a dramedy of outstanding merit. |

A Wonderful Distraction ! Review by: Jeff, Mar 1, 2009 |
I had the great pleasure of seeing "Distracted" last night at The Roundabout. I had no idea what to expect knowing little about the book or play. What a wonderful surprise it was. Cynthia Nixon, Peter Benson and the entire cast performed beautifully. The staging alone makes this play worth seeing and the way it's all presented supports an interesting message. The laughs come easily and are abundant. For those who've never been, The ... read more Roundabout is an intimate theater where every seat is a great one and the sound quality is excellent. "Distracted" was both delightful and riveting - a great experience that will never be forgotten. |

Absolutely Fantastic! Review by: slei, Feb 19, 2009 |
This is a must see show for all educators, or parents of students with behavior issues. The characters were true to life, and Cynthia was phenomenal, was onstage the whole time, and did such a terrific job. This is a must see! Also, it was hysterically funny, in a perfect kind of way. Peter Benson was excellent as well. |
