Gut Busting Humor and Standing O Review by: Paula, Dec 13, 2011 |
| Incredible! It's a shame this show isn't Tony eligible. Jamil Chokachi plays multiple roles and is worthy of highest honors. A tremendous production overall with gut busting humor and outstanding performances. We enjoyed it top to bottom and were not surprised by the standing ovation at the end. Stellar show! |

The best $34 I've spent in NYC! Review by: Phil, Dec 2, 2011 |
| This show is Broadway bound! The actor's are incredibly talented and the show is witty and genuine. We laughed out loud and, in the end, enjoyed a surprisingly touching conclusion. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a live theatre event this much! Go see it! |

Funny and Touching Review by: Tommy, Nov 9, 2011 |
| I've been hearing about this show and figured for $34.50 I'd check it out. I was not dissapointed! I loved the high-energy antics of the cast and was surprised how well the show blended over-the-top humor with touching moments at the end. This was my kind of humor! Definitely worth checking out, especially for the price. Kudos to the cast and crew! |

Worth every penny and hilarious! Review by: Helen, Oct 12, 2011 |
| We ended up seeing this show at the last minute and it was by far the theatre highlight of the trip! We saw Phantom and bought (WAY) too expensive tickets for Book of Mormon, but this show was everyone's favorite. The acting is fantastic and the show flat out FUNNY! Would recommend this one to anyone. |

HOO WAH! That's a Funny show! Review by: Richard, Oct 9, 2011 |
| I have seen this show twice now... Even better the second time. This show is so funny. It is sharp, witty, and awkward comedy... It was like watching an Appatow film on stage. The acting is also great. See it. |

Do not see this show Review by: Fred, Oct 8, 2011 |
I literally have never reviewed anything online before, but this show was so terrible that I felt it was my civic duty to warn people and hopefully save them money. There is almost nothing redeemable about this show. There are a few instances where I chuckled, but most of the time I was just depressed. The acting was mediocre, not terrible, but the story was just so miserable that it wouldn't have mattered if Kevin Spacey and Al Pacino ... read more were actually in the show. The issues with the show are as follows: 1. The theater itself was terrible, with many seats having obstructed views. 2. There are only 2 actors in the show. One played the main character (Charlie) and the other played about 10 other parts. This led to confusion since the actor played most of these characters with similar accents. It was also vaguely homophobic that the script seemed to try and play Charlie hitting on women that were played by a man for laughs. 3. The production value was low. 4. The show unsuccessfully tried to be meta. 5. The scenes where Charlie "transformed" into Al Pacino were not funny. 10-12 people out of about 100 in the theater walked out. Please do not see this show. |

I LOVE THIS SHOW Review by: Steve, Oct 4, 2011 |
| Saw this show for the second time... First time was with some colleagues, and then again this weekend with my girlfriend. This is the type of show where you literally fall off your seat laughing. Not many shows are this funny on or off broadway... Well worth it! See it while you can! |

Decent Show Review by: Jim-NJ, Sep 10, 2011 |
| This is a well-written work and very well performed. Some parts of the story do drag out. I also think it was a mistake to perform this as a 2-man show (the parts of the women should be played by an actress). |

Good .... i enjoyed it but didnt love it Review by: Nickschick, Aug 25, 2011 |
| It was good. I laughed mostly during the "transformation" parts. First 30 minutes I was a bit disappointed, I felt like the laughs were cheap and kinda corny. BUt for the price and for a movie buff especially ( Pacino and Spacey ones) then I would say go see it. |

I hated it!!!!! Don't go!! Review by: nyer, Aug 15, 2011 |
| I'm not sure about the other 5 start reviews, but I hated this show. It was 80 minutes of torture. Yes, the actors are talented, but the rest of the show is not enjoyable. I got discounted tickets for this show, but wouldn't pay more than 10 dollars to see this production. An occasional chuckle, but not continuously funny. What a disappointment!!!!! |

| I saw this show tonight and about peed myself. Such a funny production with a brilliant cast! If you like Al Pacino (or Kevin Spacey) you need to see this show. Incredible performances with great writing made for a superb evening. I laughed when I saw Avenue Q (for $90), but Channeling Kevin Spacey had me giddy at $34.50 (thanks Broadway Box!), Agree with other reviewer, not for children, but laugh out loud funny! |
