| This show was so cute! It's like Sesame Street for grownups. My boyfriend liked it as well. Not for little kids. The songs were great! If you need a laugh come see this. |

| its great for people in there mid twentys with a humor, you can actually relate to the puppets, and it feels good to actually laugh about the reality of the experiences we all endure growing up! |

| Avenue Q just took two hours of my life and I want them back. I'm sure I'm dumber for having subjected myself to this crude waste of money. I assumed that if a Tony award winning Broadway show featured puppets it must be at least clever; I was wrong. Save your time, save your money. You'll get more entertainment watching paint dry. |

| A hilarious show filled with surprises and everyday exspiriances. The music is great and the sheer unique quality of the show is remarkable. I would deffinatley suggest seeing this show. What's not funny about puppets cursing and having sex! I would deffinatley see this show again. And I am, this Saturday!!! |

| This show was so funny. At first I was a little worried about paying money to see puppets, but I was not disappointed. I could not stop laughing. Very crude, but that's what makes it so funny. I went with another couple and we all enjoyed it very much. I didn't see anything offensive about it - however, it's definitely not for kids. This play is all humor and their goal is to make you laugh. Which we did!!! |

| Do NOT take kids to see this. My husband and I were so disgusted at some of the songs and jokes that we left before the first half was over. PLEASE do not take children to see this, not even teenagers. Honestly, it is vulgar and explicit. And yes, I understand it uses puppets, but it's still not appropriate for kids. The lady at the box office told us that a 10 year old could see it, but no 10 year old should be exposed to a show like this. | it was ok, a good story, but a wierd concept. It's something that you wouldn't go see over and over again. I would recomend wicked rather than this. I've seen wicked 3 times, this show i have no desire to go back to. It was a one time only viewing for me, which means it's nothing special. |

| One of my favorite shows of recent years, I've seen the NYC production twice now. Very funny and some really catchy music. Highly recommended, especially if you grew up with Sesame Street. |

| WOW! is all i have to say after i came out of this gem they call Avenue Q. A dirty Sesame Street witch is not suited for the young ones i must say. I got discounted tix and i would have payed full if i had to but it will be something i see shortly later. So I say must see MUST!! |

I saw the advertisments, read reviews, saw that it won at the Tony Awards. I had my hopes up that this was going to be funny. Boy, was I let down.
I saw the show at the Paramount Theater in Seattle.I have to say, it was "cute" but the plot of boy meets girl has been over-played. The best part of the show was the performers themselves. Especially the guy who played Princeton/Rod. He had a great voice and although he was holding the puppets, ... read more he blended in by moving just like the puppets.
The show was okay, but not as good as I was hoping for. Some people left at intermission. My boyfriend wanted to go then, but since I forked out way too much money for this show, we stayed for the entire performance. |

My girlfriend and I were very disappointed with the show.
The musical was described as a splice between the simpsons and rent; and, I would not make that comparison. The jokes were dumbed down and I was bored within the first act.
I think the show was a waste of my time. |

| I saw Avenue Q April 4 2008. I was a little scared about seeing a play with puppets but it was great! It was so much fun! It was a little crude and surprising at times. I wouldn't bring kids to this though. There are some scenes/topics that aren't great for kids. If you are offended easily then don't go. If you want to have fun and laugh and be a tad bit embarrassed at some of the things then go and have fun! |

| I saw AVENUE Q when it first opened and then again on April 29. It is still in great shape and one of the most original, clever shows in New York! What fun! Take someone from out of town who hasn't ever seen it! |
