An easy way to learn some history. Review by: LD, Sep 8, 2010 |
Sometimes your history lesson comes in a sugar-coated pill. Although clearly fictionalized there is still plenty of information to glean about the Booth brothers from An Error of the Moon. Very well acted and smoothly produced with special kudos for Margaret Copeland, playing Edwin Boothe's wife Mary, who has to run the gamut of emotions in short order and plays half the show as a ghost! I love the way the ... read more actors enter and leave the stage in slow motion which seems to add to the ghost-like tale of John Wilkes Booth descent into murder. Worth seeing!
