| There are a lot of locals, usually, that have access to the discounts the hotels won't usually tell you about. Since we have young children, we usually book rooms at either Circus Circus, or Treasure Island. The kids love the free Pirate Show (Sirens of T.I.), and all of the little gift shops and restaurants. |

| This is the only place I stay. Good rates, centrally located, safe, near everything to walk to. And the beds.....they are phenomenal!!! When we had people over to our room and they just sat on the bed there were OOOOOOH's! You'll only need 4 hours of sleep with beds like these, so there is much more time be out! The restaurants are good, Kahunaville is alot of fun. Its a beautiful hotel, but not over the top. The clubs are fun. We really enjoyed the TI the first time we stayed with them in September 2008. We stayed again in February of 2009 and were so disappointed in the condition for the room. The first one had filthy carpets and the furniture as discusting as far as filth goes. We asked to be moved. They sent a management person form housekeeping up to have a look at the carpets. He told us it was simply the way the nap fell......"I THINK NOT". There was a problem ... read more with the nap only in the walking areas????? We were told they would move us with in 20 minutes. Three hours later we went to the front desk and nobody knew a thing about it. When we were given another room we had to move down one floor. The elevator door did not have a safety stop on it and I caught my arm in it leaving a fist size bruise. It was really quite funny after enjoying our stay so much the first time. The second room was just fine. A good time was had sore arm and all.
