June 16 - Pippin - I was thrilled that I bought my tickets prior to the Tony Awards and had great seats for this spectacular show! Patina Miller as the Leading Player and Andrea Martin as the grandmother were outstanding! The show certainly deserved the many Tony Awards that it won! There should have even been a special Tony given to Canada's circus troupe who perform amazing acts throughout the show! Pippin also has wonderful, meaningful messages, "razzle dazzle" dancing, show stopping moments, and even a sing-along opportunity. Don't miss out on seeing this well deserved Tony Award winning production of Pippin!
June 16 - Murder Ballad - Original, totally unique and enthralling. There are no spoken lines in this 80 minute opera-like tale of love, betrayal and murder, and the audience is completely surrounded by the action in a very clever staging.
June 15 - The Unavoidable Disappearance of Tom Durnin - A little gem! Excellent acting all around!
June 13 - Motown - We saw Motown last night and it was great. The singers are just wonderful and really play their characters well (especially Smokey Robinson, Diana Ross, and Michael Jackson). We had an extra bonus of realizing at intermission that Berry Gordy, Natalie Cole, and Robert Shapiro were sitting in the row in front of us!!!! It is a must-see. Diana Ross' costumes were gorgeous
June 13 - Murdered by the Mob - We took our son for his 16th Birthday along with the rest of the family to the show and we had a fabulous time. We all enjoyed the food, but most importantly the show. Our son was included in the show and he had a wonderful time. He even received "Best Actor Oscar". All the actors and actresses were very hospitable and attentive and took pictures with him afterwards. The hospitality was great. Very funny. It was an overall great experience. Highly recommended. Good clean fun.
