1945: Young airman Peter Carter jumps from a burning aircraft to certain death, exclaiming words for a girl he has never met - "I love you June. You are life and I am leaving you." An angelic blunder means Carter lives and finds the real June, but to remain alive he must take himself, and the heavenly authorities, to the Universal Court of Appeal.
Kneehigh theatre use theatrical ingenuity, movement and music to bring this production, based on Powell and Pressburger's 1946 film, to the stage.
