His recent tour-deforce performance on Broadway in A Bronx Tale touched the heart of theatregoers, as it did when it made its debut in New York and Los Angeles in 1989. Chazz Palminteri followed Broadway by taking his one man show on the road for 2 years all across America. Chazz wrote the screenplay and co-starred in the screen adaptation of A Bronx Tale alongside Robert De Niro, who also made his directorial debut with the film.
