Michael Bolton is a singer who started recording albums in 1975. Beginning as a heavy metal singer, he started recording ballads in 1975. He became famous in the 80's and 90's both as a singer and as a writer of hit songs for others such as Barbra Streisand, KISS and Kenny Rogers. In 1991 Michael Bolton won a Grammy for his rendition of the song "When a Man Loves A Woman". His albums include "Every Day of My Life" (1976), "Everybody's Crazy" (1985), "The Hunger" (1987), "Soul Provider" (1989), " Time, Love & Tenderness" (1991), "The One Thing" (1993), "All That Matters" (1997), "My Secret Passion" (1998), "Only a Woman Like You" (2002), "'Til The End of Forever" (2005), and "Bolton Swings Sinatra" (2006). He has been involved in charity work since 1993, when he established the Michael Bolton Foundation, which helps save women and children from poverty and abuse.
